Applied Microphone Technology AMT TA2 Studio Clip-On Double Microphone System

The AMT TA2 Studio Clip-On Double Microphone System includes two AMT TA2 low profile condenser microphones and the AMT AP40 Preamp. The AMT TA2 is a low profile double condenser microphone that attaches to the bell with a low mass clip specifically designed soprano or baritone saxophone. The TA2 microphone provides pure tonal reproduction while being unobtrusive. It's an excellent choice for a principal artist or soloist. The microphone attaches to the bell of instrument, the top or over the keys microphone is suspended in a 4 point isolation ring reducing valve, key, click, and handling noise. The second microphone is placed in front of the bell of the microphone. Both microphones are on goosenecks for optimal placement. It's rugged construction of anodized aviation aluminum makes it highly durable, while being lightweight and non-corrosive.The AP40 Preamp converts all of the microphones to low impedance, it regulates the voltage to each microphone, and with certain models creates a specific frequency curve. The curve is necessary on certain models or musical instruments in order to maintain the most natural reproduction of sound in conjunction with achieving the most amount of gain before feedback in a live application. There is a L / G switch on the preamp. This is a Ground Lift switch. If phantom power is not regulated for the correct voltage OR if phantom is reduced by the addition / amount of other condenser microphone connected, the switch disconnects the phantom power and allows it's own battery supply to power the preamp. If the switch is moved to the L position, the preamp is powered by the battery. If the switch is in the G position, phantom will power the preamp. The output of the preamp is an XLR Low Impedance balanced output.

Dano 63 Electric Guitar

The Dano 63 is a remake of the original '63 electric guitar that launched a thousand garage bands and more than a few pro careers. The body construction is just like the originals with a hardboard top and bottom laminated to a plywood frame. The hollow inner chamber produces the resonance that is part of Danelectro's unique tone. The '60s era lipstick pickups have been replicated to be hot, sweet, and to sound just right. The bridge and tuners are fully upgraded. Zero-gloss nickel hardware accents the cool retro colors. A blast!
